Product Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of technology products that combine physical devices, software capabilities and operational workflows.

This role will work closely with business, operations and technology teams to translate user and operational needs into scalable product solutions. You will be involved across the product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, implementation and ongoing optimisation.

The ideal candidate has experience managing products within a hardware-enabled technology environment and is comfortable working across both technical and commercial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive product enhancements across hardware-enabled products and supporting digital platforms
• Gather business and user requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and solutions
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Sales and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Coordinate hardware and software integration requirements and ensure alignment across different product components
• Drive product testing, UAT, pilot implementation and production rollouts
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational workflows and product efficiency
• Manage product issues and feedback, prioritising enhancements together with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor product adoption, usage and performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Maintain product requirements, documentation and relevant operational materials
• Support product implementation and alignment across different markets

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Product Management or related product experience
• Experience working with hardware-enabled technology products, smart devices, connected devices or integrated hardware/software solutions
• Good understanding of how hardware products interact with software applications and backend systems
• Experience managing requirements, product testing, implementation and ongoing enhancements
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
• Structured and analytical approach to problem solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Good to Have

• Experience in B2B technology, enterprise solutions, retail technology, fintech, IoT or other device-led technology environments
• Exposure to Android-based or other smart device ecosystems
• Experience with device integration and third-party hardware/software components
• Experience supporting regional or multi-market product launches and implementations
