Product Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the execution and delivery of innovative products that align with our company's vision and meet consumer needs. Operating within an established product strategy, you will translate priorities into requirements, designs, and shipped releases. The ideal candidate has a strong tech PM background and applies market and user insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.

Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:

. Translate the platform roadmap and investment needs into clear specs, user stories with acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.

. Provide technical requirements and workflows (process/system flow diagrams, edge cases, states) to guide implementation.

. Facilitate discovery and clarification with IT, Compliance, and Investment teams align priorities and remove blockers.

. Work hands-on with UI/UX designers: supply structured workflows, review designs for usability and compliance, and confirm wireframes and prototypes meet requirements.

. Support solution delivery by clarifying requirements, reviewing interim outputs, and validating functionality against business and design expectations.

. Coordinate release activities (release notes, training, change comms) as needed.

. Triage issues, escalate critical items to IT, and track SLAs to resolution post-launch.

Qualifications:

. Ability to operationalize an established product strategy and deliver continuous improvements in fast-changing environments.

. Experience writing clear requirements (stories, acceptance criteria) and coordinating releases (notes, training, change comms).

. Advanced certifications in product management or related fields are advantageous.
