Product Vision & Strategy: You'll define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on thorough business research, understanding both internal and external customer needs, and competitive analysis. You'll also own business impact metrics, the roadmap, and the product budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll collaborate with various teams, including business, engineering, and BI/AI, to develop and launch new products or enhancements. This includes conducting audience and process research to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
Product & Project Leadership: You'll lead and manage product and project teams to ensure delivery meets impact outcomes, time, cost, quality, governance, and satisfaction, aligning with agreed product roadmaps. You'll also prioritize product features to achieve target business impact, working with development teams for optimal time-to-market and costs.
Continuous Improvement & Adoption: You'll gather and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to continuously improve products. This also involves ensuring appropriate change management in business processes and leading training and user engagement strategies to boost solution adoption.
Financial & Technological Oversight: You'll be responsible for software, hardware, and professional services contracts and budgets. Furthermore, you'll monitor new data development technologies and methodologies, applying them to the data analytics development process where appropriate.
What You Bring to the Table
Education & Experience: You possess an advanced degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems. You have over 10 years of experience in Data Analytics and more than 7 years in Data-intensive product development. A Professional Certification in Agile is also preferred.
Product Management Expertise: You have strong product management skills, with significant experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management. You're adept at research and analysis, able to gather and synthesize customer feedback and market trends effectively.
Collaboration & Communication: Your strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. You have a proven track record with Agile development methodologies, DevOps, and product management tools. Your excellent communication and presentation skills allow you to convey product concepts and benefits clearly to internal stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Domain Knowledge & Analytical Acumen: You possess good knowledge of at least one of the following functional areas: customer relationships and sales, e-commerce/freight forwarding/express/logistics operations, or service operations.
