As Product Designer, youll own the end-to-end design process for Karnaks conversational AI products. From UX research to high-fidelity visual UI, youll craft seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences across chat, voice, and multimodal touchpoints. You will also play a key role in building our design system and setting the creative standard for our brand.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, where youll collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to translate sophisticated technology into human-centered experiences that feel premium, accessible, and delightful.
What You&aposll Do
- Lead design for conversational UX across chat, voice, and multimodal experiences
- Define interaction design patterns and apply motion UX principles to create dynamic, engaging interfaces
- Create, maintain, and scale a design system in Figma to ensure product consistency and speed of iteration
- Translate complex agentic AI logic into clear, intuitive user flows and interfaces
- Deliver end-to-end product designfrom wireframes and flows to polished visual UI
- Prototype, test, and iterate quickly with user feedback and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and researchers to ship impactful features
- Champion visual design quality and raise the creative bar across the product
What We&aposre Looking For
- 45+ years of experience in product/UIUX design, ideally with exposure to conversational interfaces, AI products, or productivity/travel platforms
- Strong visual design sense with an ability to craft clean, premium, and approachable UI
- Demonstrated expertise in interaction design and motion UX principles for digital experiences
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration workflows)
- A design portfolio that showcases:
- High-quality visual design
- Strong UX case studies (end-to-end problem solving and impact)
- Shipped products and real-world execution
- Ability to simplify complex systems into human-centered design solutions
- Strong communication skillsable to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points
- Experience designing for voice UX, multimodal interfaces, or personalization engines
- Familiarity with LLMs, agentic AI, or natural language UX
- Prior work with travel, lifestyle, or luxury platforms
- Experience with localization and multilingual UX
