ShopBack is seeking an Agentic Systems Strategist (Product Design) to design and implement AI-powered systems that improve product design team efficiency, streamline cross-functional workflows, and enable context-aware content creation. This role will focus on building the infrastructure, tooling, and workflow processes that drive scalable operations.
You'll be someone who is passionate about design operations, system orchestration, and AI enablement, thrives on solving complex operational challenges and improving how design teams collaborate and deliver. This is an individual contributor role ideal for a strategic thinker and builder with deep experience in scalable tooling, automation, and AI-driven efficiency.
