Product / Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our FSI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial software design and development, with additional experience in AI products being highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle for financial software solutions, from conceptualization through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to identify product requirements and develop product roadmaps
• Conduct market research, analyze competitor products, and propose innovative product strategies
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements
• Work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to continuously optimize and improve products
• Evaluate and integrate AI technologies into products to enhance user experience and functionality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of product management or business analysis experience in the financial industry
• In-depth understanding of financial industry business processes, regulations, and market trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI or machine learning product development
• Track record of innovative FinTech projects
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or financial industry professional qualifications
