Emergent Films is a prominent video production house with production capabilities across the globe, and offices in SG and TH, that focuses on end-to-end production services for Agencies and Brands alike, spanning across producing various formats of work, ranging from TVCs, Corporate & Branding Films, Campaign & Social Media Videos, Music Videos to Narrative/Short Films.
We are a creative collective that works with a multitude of stakeholders from Agency producers, Directors, DoPs, Producers & more, in the pursuit of creating one-of-a-kind, audio-visual experiences. We believe in the collaborative process of creating, and are on the hunt for a Producer.
We are looking for a Producer to join our team full-time. This role sits at the centre of every production, working closely with directors, clients, and crews to bring projects from concept to final delivery.
Responsibilities
Project & Production Management
- Lead the planning and execution of film productions from pre-production through post-production
- Develop production timelines, schedules, and workflows
- Coordinate with directors, creative teams, and internal stakeholders
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare production budgets and internal cost estimates
- Manage project costs and track spending throughout production
- Work with vendors and partners to ensure efficient resource allocation
Client & Agency Liaison
- Serve as a key point of contact between clients, agencies, and the production team across regions
- Manage communications and ensure alignment throughout the production process
- Support client servicing during shoots and review sessions
- Nurture and build strong relationships with current and new clients alike, ensuring satisfaction throughout the process
Production Logistics
- Coordinate crew hiring, casting, location scouting, and equipment rentals
- Manage shoot logistics including permits, scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Oversee production operations on set
Post-Production Oversight
- Work with editors and post-production teams to track progress and deliverables
- Manage review rounds, timelines, and final delivery across formats and markets internally and externally
Requirements
- 1-4 years experience in the Film/Production, Advertising, Marketing. Bonus if you were a Producer!
- Experience producing commercials, branded content, or agency-led campaigns
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working on set and managing production teams
- Strong sense of ownership in delivering work
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Regional or multi-country productions
- Working with advertising agencies
- Post-production workflows
