Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Producer to join our dynamic team on-site in Singapore. In this role, you will support the production process, including planning, scheduling, coordinating resources, and assisting with on-set activities. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and supporting the creative process. You will work closely with producers and team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently and aligned with creative goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordination, and scheduling for production projects
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and basic budgeting concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with video production, events planning, or design projects is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
