Job Summary
Lead end-to-end production of brand campaigns and content, balancing creative vision with logistical precision. Drive project outcomes by managing timelines, budgets, teams, and client communication to deliver impactful work from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality control from kickoff through final delivery to ensure successful completion
- Align client expectations and maintain steady team momentum by resolving issues calmly and efficiently
- Develop and oversee narrative layers including storyboarding, scripting, cutdowns, and captions to ensure cohesive storytelling
- Facilitate clear and effective communication by briefing teams, managing feedback, and coordinating across stakeholders
- Coordinate diverse project types such as brand films, corporate videos, event videos, and animation explainers with agility
- Navigate creative and logistical discussions to balance artistic ambition with operational feasibility
- Apply creative insight to evaluate edits and story elements, ensuring content resonates even without direct editing involvement
- Implement operational discipline by establishing structure and processes to manage complex workflows
- Utilize or oversee use of industry-standard tools like Premiere and After Effects to support production needs
- Monitor team dynamics and client relations to motivate personnel and maintain client confidence
- Solve problems quickly and thoughtfully, maintaining composure under pressure
- Lead collaboratively with humility and active listening to foster a team-first environment
- Respect deadlines and production processes while continuously seeking growth and adaptability
Other Information
Work-Life Rhythm:
- Core hours: 930am to 630pm, Monday-Friday
- Weekend and downtime are protected, though occasional fast turnarounds or pipeline delays require team collaboration and subsequent balance reset
