We're looking for a hybrid Generalist & AI Creator who's excited about where content creation is heading. Someone who can blend strong fundamentals with emerging AI workflows.
If you're the kind who experiments, breaks things (in a good way) and figures out how to make ideas look better, faster and smarter - we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Create visually compelling content across motion, design and short-form video
- Work with Cinema 4D and After Effects to bring concepts to life
- Explore and integrate AI tools into production workflows (visuals, video, audio, ideation)
- Collaborate closely with creatives, producers, and directors
- Take initiative to test new approaches, tools, and techniques
- Contribute ideas - not just execute briefs
What We're Looking For
- Strong working knowledge of Cinema 4D and After Effects
- Genuine interest in AI tools (e.g. generative visuals, automation, hybrid workflows)
- A creative thinker who enjoys experimenting and pushing boundaries
- Self-motivated and proactive - you don't wait to be told what to do
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A good eye for design, motion and storytelling
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Unreal Engine, Blender or real-time workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Nano Banana and etc.)
- Editing, sound or compositing experience
- Understanding of social/digital content trends
