Job Description

Job Description:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
  • Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, and recommend the most suitable suppliers based on commercial and technical considerations.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure procurement records are maintained properly.
  • Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with internal departments to support operational and project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable supplier base, including alternative sources to improve competitiveness and supply resilience.
  • Support vendor performance evaluation and supplier relationship management.
  • Ensure procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in cost-saving initiatives, contract review support, and procurement process improvement.
  • Assist in maintain the company's integrated management system for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
  • Assist in all activities related to certification and re-certification audits.
  • Prepare, update, and control management system documents, procedures, forms, and records.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
  • Support management review meetings by preparing reports, audit summaries, KPI data, and improvement plans.
  • Promote awareness of quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements across the company.
  • Ensure the company remains audit-ready at all times and continuously improves its management systems.
  • Provide guidance to departments on ISO compliance requirements and implementation.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience in managing or coordinating ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.
  • Experience in certification / re-certification processes and internal / external audit coordination.
  • Internal Auditor qualification for ISO standards will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of procurement practices, vendor management, and documentation control.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities across procurement and compliance functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and follow-through.
