Job Summary
Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions, driving technology enablement and procurement strategies while managing client relationships and professional services teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead 4-5 full lifecycle implementations of S2P or P2P solutions, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Configure procurement platforms such as Zycus, Ivalua, Coupa, and SAP Ariba to meet client requirements
- Gather detailed business requirements and perform gap analysis to design effective procurement solutions
- Integrate procurement solutions with ERP and financial systems using APIs to ensure seamless data flow
- Manage Change Management (MOC) processes to support adoption and minimize disruption
- Lead professional services teams to deploy procurement technology solutions and drive continuous improvement
- Draft and approve Statements of Work (SOW) to define project scope and deliverables
- Advise clients on procurement technology strategies and develop roadmaps for technology enablement
- Oversee application rationalization to optimize procurement technology portfolios
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical leadership and influencing C-level stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 10-15+ years of experience, including senior consulting roles or professional services leadership in large-scale global implementations
- Hands-on configuration experience with procurement software such as Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, and Ivalua
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing complex procurement technology projects
