Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Business Partnership - Partner closely with Product and R&D leaders to understand their objectives and pain points. Translate business strategies into actionable HR solutions that drive team performance and support rapid product iteration.
  2. Leadership & Talent Advisory - Act as a trusted advisor to managers on talent management, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations. Coach leaders to enhance team effectiveness and people management capabilities.
  3. Workforce Planning & Talent Scaling - Collaborate with management to analyze workforce needs, build robust talent pipelines, and lead succession planning for key positions. Support headcount expansion while optimizing time-to-fill for critical roles.
  4. Performance & Data-Driven Insights - Drive performance management systems (e.g., OKRs, 360-degree reviews) and leverage multi-dimensional workforce analytics to assess organizational health, productivity, and talent structure.
  5. Change Management & Culture - Lead and support organizational change initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across cross-functional and distributed teams.
  6. Compliance & Employee Relations - Ensure solid experience in employment laws and maintain rigorous compliance in all HR practices. Handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and consistency.
  7. HR Strategy & Best Practices - Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement group-wide policies and contribute to the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  3. Demonstrated success in partnering with Product and R&D teams in a technology or internet environment.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for workforce planning and organizational design.
  5. Solid knowledge of employment laws and experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  8. Prior experience in the Web3 industry is highly preferred.
