Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions, translating business requirements into scalable system architecture.
- Provide hands-on development support using .NET (C#) and AngularJS / Angular, contributing to key features where required.
- Guide and mentor developers by conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. project managers, system integration, functional teams) to resolve technical issues and production incidents.
- Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Define and maintain development standards, documentation practices, and testing approaches(unit/integration).
- Support project planning by providing effort estimation, timelines, and technical input for enhancements and new initiatives.
- Participate in technical evaluations and hiring processes, while fostering a strong engineering culture within the team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in .NET (C#) and AngularJS / Angular frameworks.
- Solid experience with REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern development practices (e.g. CI/CD, version control, testing).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage complex technical challenges.
