  • Assist in all purchasing work, checking delivery order, Incoming invoices and pricing
  • Researching and identifying potential suppliers or vendors
  • Negotiating terms and conditions, including price, delivery schedules, and quality standards, with suppliers
  • Creating purchase orders, track orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services include overseas purchases, shipment and etc....
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements, and developing procurement plans and strategies to meet those needs
  • Maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier information, and preparing reports on purchasing activities, performance metrics, and cost savings

Job Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Procurement or related field
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other members of the organization effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team and cultivate professional relationships within the team and with the vendors
