Procurement Manager - Government-Linked Company - Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute procurement strategy, processes, and governance to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope of work, validate requirements, and manage vendor relationships
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best commercial outcomes
  • Coordinate contract reviews, service agreements, and approvals
  • Identify gaps in procurement processes and drive continuous improvements

Qualifications:

  • Degree with 8+ years experience in procurement, ideally in the construction or related industries
  • Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiation, and governance
  • Experience handling procurement audits and ensuring compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior management
