Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the company's procurement strategy, processes, and policies to effectively support procurement activities in achieving business targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to:
- a. Define the scope of work for services or specifications for products.
- b. Review and validate the defined scope and requirements.
- Identify and source potential vendors or service providers, including evaluating existing vendors, to ensure cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Participate in vendor/supplier evaluations and negotiations, assessing submitted quotations and proposals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to review service agreements and contracts, and prepare the necessary documentation for management approval.
- Identify process gaps within the procurement function and recommend improvements to enhance governance and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant procurement experience prior experience in the construction industry and in supplier and contract management is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on meeting deadlines and performance indicators.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated strengths in presentation, analysis, and negotiation.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with high standards of integrity and strong business ethics.
- Solid experience in managing procurement audits and ensuring compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle.
