The Client is a global aerospace company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement operations, guiding the team and managing supplier relationships to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Drive key KPIs, execute sourcing strategies, and lead supplier selection, development, and consolidation initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end purchasing activities, including negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to qualify new suppliers and support continuous improvement, while coaching the team on best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field supply chain certifications are a plus.
- 5-10 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in aerospace, OEM, or engineer-to-order environments.
- Proven leadership experience with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of production, inventory, and materials management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
