We are looking for a strategic Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations across our manufacturing sites. This role will drive sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and cost optimization while managing a regional supplier network and leading procurement initiatives that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement operations for Singapore and Malaysia, providing leadership, coaching, and escalation support to the procurement team.
- Drive key procurement KPIs including On-Time Delivery (OTD), delinquency management, and Purchase Price Variance (PPV).
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier selection, consolidation, and development.
- Manage global or regional commodity sourcing, delivering cost reduction and supply continuity aligned with global strategies.
- Build strong supplier partnerships across multiple countries, ensuring performance in cost, quality, delivery, and risk management.
- Lead commercial negotiations and supplier performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations to support supplier qualification and NPI activities.
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to inform sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Min 7 years of procurement/supply chain experience in aerospace or engineer-to-order manufacturing environments.
- Posses Supply chain certifications (APICS/ISM).
- Experience managing USD100M in direct spend with a proven track record of 5% cost savings.
- Managed 50-100 suppliers across multiple countries.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
