A high-visibility, fast-paced regional role dedicated to driving strategic sourcing initiatives and managing complex indirect spend across the SEAO region to support business growth and boutique excellence.

• End-to-End Project Sourcing: Lead high-volume RFP and tender processes for critical categories, including luxury retail fit-outs, high-profile events, and visual merchandising.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to Brand Directors and budget owners, balancing their creative needs with commercial efficiency.

• Regional Governance: Enforce P2P (Procure-to-Pay) compliance and procurement policies across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand.

• Agile Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for regional synergy and value-add, ensuring the procurement function remains proactive and responsive to market shifts.

• Sustainable Sourcing: Drive the supplier diversity and ESG agenda by conducting regular performance audits and optimising the regional vendor panel.

skills and experience required

• Min. 5 years of professional experience (4+ in Procurement), with a proven track record of managing multiple high-volume projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  
  
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior leadership and maintain strict governance without compromising speed or relationship quality.
  
  
• Deep experience in indirect categories (Marketing, Events, or IT); candidates from high-growth retail, luxury, or reputable event management agencies are highly encouraged to apply.
