RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership & Engagement Management
- Support the development and management of strategic partnerships and external engagements that advance organisational priorities
- Lead engagements across partners, ecosystem stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clarity of objectives, alignment, and timely follow-through
- Track and support follow-up on key meetings, engagements, and decisions, ensuring clear documentation and information flow across teams
Project Management
- Provide project management support to Head of Corporate Development to move projects from conceptualization to completion, including stakeholder coordination, planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables
- Work with CEO's Personal Assistant to organize, prioritize and manage CEO's evolving schedule and responsibilities using judgement and discretion against organization-wide goals and deadlines
Strategy Support
- Keep abreast of NVPC's vision, strategy, and short- and long-term commitments to ensure engagements and partnerships are aligned with organisational intent.
Support strategic planning, sense-making, and coordination across initiatives involving the CEO's Office, Corporate Development, and other teams.
Others
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the CEO / Head of Corporate Development
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Business, Non-profit Management or a relevant discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in supporting partnership development and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working in or with the social sector, non-profit, or purpose-driven organisations will be an advantage
- Flexibility to work occasionally during nights or weekends, if required
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesise complex information, connect dots across initiatives, and translate intent into clear actions
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the discipline to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders concurrently
- High attention to detail and meticulous follow-through, ensuring accuracy, quality, and completeness in all aspects of work
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the judgement to anticipate issues, assess trade-offs, and propose practical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise, and audience-appropriate materials for senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Nimbleness and adaptability, with the ability to respond effectively to evolving priorities, shifting contexts, and changing organisational needs
- A collaborative, stakeholder-oriented working style, able to work effectively across teams and with diverse partners
