Procurement Executive

Job Descriptions

• Manage procurement activities for offshore wind, marine, or offshore projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials/equipment and services.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of equipment and services.
• Coordinate with internal project teams and external suppliers/vendors.
• Plan shipment schedule according to procurement list and vendor production schedule.
• Verify billing invoices from vendors and close up.

Requirements

• Diploma in supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Marine or offshore industry, and Offshore windfarm experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and shipping practices.
• Good teamwork and good communication abilities
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Computer Literacy - ERP System, MS Office and Outlook
