Job Description

Job responsibilities:

1. Delivery Coordination

  • Align factory production schedules with company delivery requirements.

  • Ensure that goods are shipped on time according to the agreed schedule.

  • Communicate any production or shipping delays to relevant teams.

2. Order Management

  • Track purchase orders from placement to delivery.

  • Confirm order quantities, lead times, and delivery dates with the factory.

  • Adjust schedules based on changing demand or unforeseen delays.

3. Communication & Problem Solving

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the factory and internal teams.

  • Address issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.

  • Escalate major problems to management and propose solutions.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of deliveries, delays, and schedule adjustments.

  • Provide regular updates to management on order status.

  • Ensure all transactions comply with company procurement policies.

5. Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks in the delivery process and suggest improvements.

  • Work with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize receiving and storage.

  • Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement while maintaining quality

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant field

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity

  • Proven experience as a Planner or in a planning-related role.

  • Strong ability to analyze information quickly and accurately.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
