Buyer/ Procurement Executive (Engineering)

Location: West
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:30PM
Salary: UP$5,000

Job Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end procurement support including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and contract management

• Ensure materials and services purchased meet user specifications and operational requirements
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, pricing) and ensure standards are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Coordinate with Finance on payment and invoice-related matters
• Conduct market research to understand supplier landscape and pricing trends
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal procedures

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of procurement experience in logistics or engineering industry
• Strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, and procurement processes
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
