Procurement & Supplier Management
Manage daily procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination
Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability
Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and improve margins
Build and maintain a strong and reliable supplier network
Inventory & Operations Support
Plan and forecast purchasing needs based on usage trends and outlet requirements
Monitor stock levels to minimize wastage and prevent shortages
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth supply flow
Project & New Outlet Support
Support procurement for new outlet openings (equipment, smallwares, supplies)
Ensure timely delivery and readiness for store launches
Coordination & Compliance
Work closely with Operations, Central Kitchen, Culinary, Finance, and Project teams
Support sourcing for new menu items and product development
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and internal policies
Administration
Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies
Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience (F&B or retail preferred)
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Good understanding of inventory planning and cost control
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
