Job Description

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Manage daily procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination

  • Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability

  • Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and improve margins

  • Build and maintain a strong and reliable supplier network

Inventory & Operations Support

  • Plan and forecast purchasing needs based on usage trends and outlet requirements

  • Monitor stock levels to minimize wastage and prevent shortages

  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth supply flow

Project & New Outlet Support

  • Support procurement for new outlet openings (equipment, smallwares, supplies)

  • Ensure timely delivery and readiness for store launches

Coordination & Compliance

  • Work closely with Operations, Central Kitchen, Culinary, Finance, and Project teams

  • Support sourcing for new menu items and product development

  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and internal policies

Administration

  • Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience (F&B or retail preferred)

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

  • Good understanding of inventory planning and cost control

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
