Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships, quotations, and purchase orders
- Review supplier performance & ensure proper documentation
- Conduct cost analysis & drive cost efficiency through bulk purchasing
- Ensure product freshness & compliance with food safety standards
- Forecast orders & manage logistics to minimize spoilage
- Monitor stock usage to avoid over/under-stocking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Working Hours
- Mon - Thu, 8.30am - 6.30pm & Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Able to support weekend duties (1-2 hrs WFH, if required)

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (FMCG preferred)
- Good knowledge of fresh produce standards & quality assurance
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in Business Central or similar procurement systems (added advantage)
