Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistic and Inventory Management for Raw Materials
  • Perform full logistic process including all shipping documentation
  • Closely liaise with various suppliers on delivery promptness and commitment.
  • Communicate with the management, all contractors on the costing estimation
  • Negotiations of the project in order to ensure all issues are handled
  • Develop cost reduction to enhance the overall value of the project
  • Ensure all items purchased and received according to specifications & compliance with standards
  • Manage all purchase requisition, purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
  • Manage contracts such as purchasing, certificates, renewal inspection and etc
  • Answering to suppliers, vendors and internal enquiries

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma level with at least 2 years of related working experience
  • Preferred applicant with Construction sector field
  • Full process of procurement including QS related experiences preferred
