Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Procurement Executive at Kyberlife, you will play a key role in managing procurement and sourcing activities across the company, its business operations, and its platform. This role requires close collaboration with operations, finance, and external suppliers to ensure timely sourcing, accurate purchasing, and smooth order fulfilment in alignment with business and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Duties:

-Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including issuing enquiries and requisitions to suppliers for quotations.

-Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner.

-Handle the full lifecycle of orders, from sourcing and quotation to order placement, delivery follow-ups, and completion.

-Follow up closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and adherence to agreed terms.

-Coordinate with the sales and finance team on supplier payments and procurement-related documentation.

-Support product sourcing activities, including identifying alternative suppliers when required.

Operations and Coordination Duties:

-Collaborate with internal operations teams to support sourcing requests and procurement workflows.

-Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and internal tracking systems.

-Adapt to changing procurement needs and business requirements, proposing alternative solutions where necessary.

Administrative Duties:

-Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

-Ensure procurement processes comply with internal controls and company policies.

-Support ad-hoc tasks within the start-up environment, contributing across teams as needed to support overall company operations.

Required:

-Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, or a related field

-12 years of relevant work experience in procurement, purchasing, or operations roles

-Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask

-Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic data management

-Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident)

Preferred / Good to Have:

-Experience in purchasing medical, laboratory, or life-science-related supplies

-Exposure to inventory management systems or procurement platforms

-Experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment

Able to start immediately or as soon as possible
