Our client is looking for a Procurement Executive to join the team. This role requires the ability to manage purchasing activities effectively while ensuring smooth operations and cost efficiency.

The company operates within the Construction and Facilities Management industry.

Hiring

  • Job Title : Commercial & Procurement Executive
  • Job location : EAST (Tampines)
  • Working days : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)

Job Scopes

1) Procurement & Purchase Order Management

  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for all approved works
  • Verify pricing, scope, and specifications prior to issuance
  • Obtain required approvals and multiple signatories in accordance with approval matrix
  • Ensure completeness and compliance of all documentation before PO release.


2) Quotation Preparation & Submission

  • Prepare and submit quotations for maintenance works, projects, and ad hoc services .
  • Ensure accuracy in costing, scope and commercial considerations.
  • Maintain proper records of quotations, revisions and approvals for audit and traceability.

3) Invoice & Billing Coordination

  • Consolidate billing reports from Project Leads and site teams on a monthly basis.
  • follow up with respective stakeholders to ensure timely submission of billing inputs.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
  • Submit consolidated billing to Finance in accordance with timelines.

4) Vendor Payment Processing

  • Prepare and process vendor payment documentation.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.


5) Administrative Support

  • Perform other administrative and coordination duties as required to support operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or Procurement / Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience in procurement
  • Excellent communication skills, meticulous, resourceful, able to multi-task
  • A team player with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Positive attitude, proactive and self-initiated.
  • Good written and spoken language skill
