Job Summary
You will manage motor insurance client enquiries, handle policy renewals, maintain customer databases, prepare quotations, process policies, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth insurance operations.
Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly with clients on motor insurance enquiries to provide timely assistance
- Handle policy renewals for clients to maintain continuous coverage
- Update and maintain the customer database accurately to ensure data integrity
- Prepare motor insurance quotations and issue policies to meet client needs
- Process insurance policies and related documentation efficiently to support operations
- Provide administrative support including filing, printing, and managing emails to ensure office workflow
