- Participate in the sourcing process and select suppliers in response to customer inquiries.
- Identify and develop potential suppliers or manufacturers aligned with core product categories.
- Review supplier proposals and lead price negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Manage the company's sourcing software, tracking activities based on inquiry productivity and hit rates.
- Develop and implement controls to monitor the setup and progress of customer inquiries.
- Coordinate technical knowledge-sharing sessions between manufacturers and sales team.
Requirements
- Prefarable Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in procurement of mechanical, electrical or industrial components procurement is preferred.
