Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred (especially with finance or operations focus).
Professional Experience
10+ years in procurement or supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record in cost control (OPEX + BOM), supply chain optimization, and supplier negotiations, ideally with China suppliers or global CM partners.
Experience working in hardware manufacturing environments with ad-hoc, ECN-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated success in turning around underperforming procurement teams, with measurable cost and performance improvements.
Exposure to private equity-owned businesses or high-growth scaleups undergoing internal control implementation (e.g., division of authority, maker-checker, ERP workflows).
Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools for procurement and inventory management.
