Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary: Up to $3800/month
Responsibilities:
- Manage full procurement process: sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders & contracts.
- Source and liaise with suppliers for F&B ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, cleaning services, and pest control.
- Work closely with outlet and kitchen teams to ensure timely supply of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate warehouse stock, and conduct regular stock takes.
- Verify and tally supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes before submission to Finance.
- Coordinate logistics, equipment servicing, and general operational support.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- Strong vendor management, stock control, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
