Job Duties

• Conduct interviews for candidates and screening for clients by identifying and securing the best-fit candidates
• Identifying and initiating potential key accounts
• Business development of current and new clients ie sales appointments, telemarketing in our Healthcare & Life science Division
• Build up and maintain rapport with corporate clients
• Achieve monthly targets and quota

Our Requirements

• Min. Degree in any discipline
• No experience required
• Strong penchant for challenges and collaboration
• Enjoys meeting people and working in team-based environment
• Possess high interest in sales and business development functions
• Self-motivated and independent
