Job Description & Requirements:
- Create & issue purchase orders.
- Monitoring of open purchase orders.
- Checking of vendor's Statement of Account.
- Co-ordinate with supplier to ensure that deliveries are made on time
- Co-ordinate with staff of Warehouse Department to ensure that all goods are received in right quantity as well as in good and proper condition
- Following up on delivery schedule with project / site personnel.
- Maintain proper record and filing of all purchases.
- Sourcing new suppliers / products.
- Co-ordinate with suppliers to request for quotations
- Other adhoc duties
