Job Description

Job Summary

To provide data entry and basicadministrative support to the Procurement team, ensuring accurate updating ofrecords in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry into the ERP system
  • Support basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of data and records
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data

Requirements:

  • Possess basic computer skills (Excel / data entry)
  • Meticulous, detailed-oriented, and careful in handling tasks.
  • Able to follow instructions and complete assigned work within deadlines
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
  • Prior experience with ERP system will be an advantage, but not compulsory
  • Candidates who are awaiting further studies are welcome to apply


Additional Notes

5 Days work week
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
