Process & Transformation Analyst

. 4-8 years of progressive experience in process improvement, consulting, or business analysis roles

. Demonstrated experience in regulated or operationally intensive environments is highlypreferred

. Proven track record of successfully delivering process improvement initiatives

. Proficiency in business process mapping methodologies and tools

. Strong foundation in Lean principles and operational excellence frameworks

. Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured components andactionable insights

. Outstanding ability to convert ambiguity into structured, logical frameworks

. Ability to use data (where available) to validate hypotheses and quantify impact

. Ability to engage stakeholder across business and technical teams, and facilitate structured discussions
