We are seeking a skilled Process & Transformation Analyst to join our team and drive operational excellence through structured analysis and transformation initiatives. In this role, you will translate workshop outputs and research findings into actionable insights that shape future-state processes and transformation roadmap.

Success in this role is defined by the ability to translate ambiguity into structured insights, produce high-quality process artefacts, and contribute to implementable transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Synthesize discovery workshop outputs and user research into structured problem statements and improvement hypotheses
  • Conduct comprehensive deep-dive process analysis, including as-is and to-be process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
  • Identify non-value-added activities across operational workflows and quantify improvement potential to support business case development
  • Support transformation roadmap prioritisation by evaluating initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Develop structured operational insights that inform strategic decision-making and process redesign efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure transformation initiatives align with organisational objectives
  • Support implementation of process improvements, including piloting changes, tracking outcomes, and incorporating feedback loops

Requirements

  • 2 years of progressive experience in process improvement, consulting, or business analysis roles
  • Demonstrated experience in regulated or operationally intensive environments is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering process improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in business process mapping methodologies and tools
  • Strong foundation in Lean principles and operational excellence frameworks
  • Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured components and actionable insights
  • Outstanding ability to convert ambiguity into structured, logical frameworks
  • Ability to use data (where available) to validate hypotheses and quantify impact
  • Ability to engage stakeholder across business and technical teams, and facilitate structured discussions
  • Clear and compelling written communication skills for stakeholder reporting and documentation
