Process Technician (Semicon/Electronics Mfg)

• Serve as the first point of contact for all process-related issues
• Support engineers in handling process-related functions to ensure efficient production
• Assist in developing and maintaining process operation flows based on customer and business requirements
• Ensure production work instructions are properly maintained, including SFC control and SAP processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen activities)
• Conduct training for production staff on work instructions and process updates
• Provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production runs
• Participate in ISO-related activities, including implementation and maintenance

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes with a good understanding of process workflows
• Prior experience in a relevant manufacturing environment is preferred
• Knowledge of BOM management (Agile system preferred)
• Ability to identify, follow up, and resolve BOM-related issues
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and management
