NPI Engineer

• Experience in Server / Rack/ EMS Manufacturing environment.
• To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
• To work & liaise with all relevant parties(internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging.
• Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process.
• Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance.
• Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process.
• Involve in rack packaging design
• To lead/participate in Kaizen activities
• To support production on mass run.
• Participate in ISO audit both internally and externally
