CHEMICAL ENGINEERS
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production workshops in analyzing and resolving technical and chemical issues
- Proposing technical and ergonomic improvements to processes
- Commissioning new equipment
- Creating P&IDs and updating them
- Managing projects related to process optimization (specifications, budget, cost tracking)
- Ensuring the planning, organization, coordination, and execution of technical projects
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Create and update job descriptions
- Develop and optimize work procedures while ensuring compliance with documentation and manufacturing methods
- Participate in departmental risk assessments in support of the safety manager
- Actively participate in the inventory of areas within the scope of the position
- Implement and coordinate action plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Chemistry, or equivalent qualification
- 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the chemical industry
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset,ability to synthesize information, and proactivity.
- Knowledge of precious metals and refining processes is a plus
- Proficiency in computer tools (Office, SAP)
- The position requires a strong sense of responsibility, versatility, and the ability to work well under pressure.
