Process Supervisor

Job Description

• Monitor work activities to meet project timelines and operational requirements
• Monitor productivity indicator and drive continuous improvement of processes
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
• Provide on-the-job support to team members to support improvement of team performance
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and address any issues promptly
• Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare and maintain reports on work progress, manpower and attendance
• Execute workflows and frameworks established by management, ensuring adherence to processes and productivity targets
