Co-facilitate continuous improvement workshops and rapid improvement events to solve real operational challenges across manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions
Analyze current state processes using data and structured problem-solving to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements
Partner with frontline leaders to design, implement, and sustain performance improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Contribute to strategic improvement initiatives by aligning daily operations with business goals and priorities
Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies across diverse operational scenarios to drive measurable business impact
Support development of a data-driven culture by leveraging digital tools (e.g., dashboards, visualization platforms) to improve decision-making and process visibility
Facilitate training sessions and coach teams to build continuous improvement capabilities and problem-solving mindset
Engage with teams on the shopfloor to identify opportunities, generate ideas, and implement improvements that enhance productivity and quality
Key Responsibilities:
Drive process improvements through data analysis and structured problem solving
Support digital transformation initiatives and develop data visualization tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects
Facilitate workshops and training to build continuous improvement capabilities

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
Internship or project experience in manufacturing, operations, data analysis, or process improvement is an advantage
Exposure to digital tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python) is a plus
