Route Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Daily

• Analyze Month-To-Date performance, identify opportunities and develop a plan to capture them.
• Attend the morning meeting.
• Dispatched plan visit and pre load order for the next day.
• Check agenda and plan activities programed for the day.
• Inform manager on volume achieved at the end of the day.
• Ensure that all activities planned for the day are properly executed, including Vending Sales Assistant (VSA) in route and overall visit.
• Handle queries/complaints on sales and other service matters from existing customers.
• Market visit and ensure machines under his/her care are functional.

2. Weekly

• To check VSA planned call through Commercial Planning (CP) daily report.
• Perform vendor audit together with Finance auditor to ensure right pricing/ products/ packages.
• Analyze and investigate variance through the report provided by Finance.
• Coaching for each VSA in the market.
• Conduct fortnightly team meeting with all VSA.

3. Monthly

• Visit the rest of the balance 80% outlets for relationship building and contract renewal.
• KPI meeting with each VSA.
• Update progress of Vending related projects.
• Conduct OJT for VSA.
• Update contract renewal.
• Review monthly target set by CP for individual VSA.
