Job Summary
Coordinate and manage all sales activities to achieve sales targets, develop new accounts, and maintain key account relationships within the industrial sales sector.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by executing targeted sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and market expansion
- Formulate and review product pricing to maintain competitiveness and profitability
- Coordinate product evaluations and trials to support customer decision-making and product adoption
- Manage and support key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Review sales performance data and report insights to the General Manager-Sales for informed decision-making
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager-Sales to support business goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Engineering or business-related fields
- Minimum 2 years of industrial sales and marketing experience
- Proven ability to develop business opportunities and grow accounts while resolving technical and service issues
- Possession of own vehicle
