Process Lead Engineer

Job Description:
1.Lead and manage process engineering activities for LNG/FSRU or oil & gas projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.

2.Oversee and participate in process design work including P&ID reviews, HAZOP and safety studies, ensuring proper documentation and closure of action items.

3.Perform and review process simulations, calculations, and material selection, ensuring technical accuracy and optimization of process design.

4.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

5.Ensure compliance with project HSE, environmental, and QA requirements throughout all phases of engineering and project execution.

Requirements:
. B.S. or equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevantexperience in the oil/gas industry LNG projects.

.Must have minimum 5 years in similar lead role in major on shore LNG or FSRUterminal & oil/gas projects.

. Must have experience in material selection/specialization.

. Full involvement and contribution in design,engineering, P&IDs reviews, HAZOP, and other safety reviews & workshops is essential. Be capable of ensuring actions are recorded appropriately and the action closure is carried out and documented.

. Demonstrate strong capability to independently perform process simulations and engineering calculations, interface effectively with vendors as required, and prepare optimization studies and reports. Ensure the technical accuracy, integrity, and quality of all process design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

. Communicate and support with external stakeholders including industry bodies, vendors, client interfaces.

. Ensure project Health and Safety,Environmental and QA procedures are followed during the execution of the project.
