Process Engineer (Siemens PLC - Manufacturing / Production)

Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Production / Process Engineer with Siemens PLC experience to support our industrial manufacturing operations. The role combines production support, machine troubleshooting, and process improvement to maximize efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve machine utilization, production yield, and process stability

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment, including PLC-controlled systems

• Modify and optimize Siemens PLC programs and HMI systems to improve performance

• Collaborate with R&D for new product/process introduction

• Implement preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives

• Train and guide production technicians on machine operation and troubleshooting

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering

• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC (S7-1200/1500/300/400) and HMI

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environment

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for PLC and machine systems

• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, drives, and industrial networks (Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP)

• Familiarity with quality and process improvement tools (SPC, CAPA)

• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to train junior staff
