Drive innovative solutions for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
Investigate and resolve chronic process and quality issues, ensuring robust and permanent solutions.
Monitor and analyze SPC charts, implement process control improvements, and maintain high standards of product quality.
Guide and train technicians in technical problem-solving and process analysis to build team competency and self-sufficiency.
Regularly review and update FMEA, OCAP, risk assessments, and control plans for all critical processes.
Take accountability for assigned areas, demonstrate strong teamwork, and enforce line controls to ensure adherence to work instructions and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Electronic or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of semiconductor process technology.
Good understanding of statistical and quality tools.
Systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical skills and ability to organize work and identify root causes.
Able to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
