Job Description
NCE (New Chemical Entity) Projects:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, introduce, and run new processes.
- Support campaigns on plant, troubleshooting engineering issues as they arise
Project Management:
- Act as client representative for capital projects, ensuring all customer requirements are incorporated into facility and equipment design and installation.
- Manage contractors on-site during project implementation.
- Commission and qualify new facilities, equipment, and distributed control system/software systems.
Plant Improvements:
- Identify and drive improvement projects to enhance plant operability and reliability for both continuous and batch processing modules.
- Provide training to operating staff and ensure implemented improvements are effective and sustained.
Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Preferably experience in biopharmaceutical cleanroom projects.
Overtime payable + Completion Bonus
