Process Quality and Environmental Engineer (Junior Level)

Our client is hiring an engineer to support the factory's production and environmental activities. You will help control and monitor chemicals, energy, water, and waste, troubleshoot production issues, review processes, and improve quality and safety. You will also update work instructions and handle customer-related production matters. Full training is provided - a great opportunity to learn and grow in a stable MNC environment.

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3700 + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday Office Hours
• Location: Joo Koon (Company transport pick up at designated pick up points island-wide)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support environmental management: control chemicals, energy, water, and waste.
• Perform solution analysis and manage replenishment.
• Review process parameters (PMP) and conduct FMEA.
• Troubleshoot production issues to improve quality and safety.
• Develop and update work instructions to enhance productivity.
• Lead production capacity and cost-reduction projects.
• Identify and contain non-conforming products stop production if needed.
• Report quality, environmental, and safety issues internally.
• Coordinate with customers on production and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Solid knowledge of quality management and environmental systems is a plus
